This series is designed to walk you through a construction company’s basic job-cost implementation process – we’ll help you follow a logical series of steps, lead you through the thought processes and decisions that need to be made, provide detailed learning materials, and help to coach you through the kinds of issues and problems that you’ll likely face – just as we’ve done with individual clients for more than 15 years.

We’ll be covering a lot of in-depth material at a fairly rapid pace, and you may have some study and decisions to make hand-in-hand with the owner or manager as you go, but you’ll receive plenty of support materials.  Additionally sessions will be recorded and held for viewing until the end of the following month, so you can easily revisit, review, and share as needed.

You’ll participate in two classes each month (typically on Tuesdays at 2 pm EST – exact dates and times are posted on the Schedule).

Continuing Education credits
NARI (the National Association of the Remodeling Industry) has approved our presentation-content classes for their Continuing Education Units.  Credits are granted as .1 unit per 50-minutes of presentation time.  Qualifying sessions include all financial management, accounting, and marketing seminars; it does not include coaching, showcase, or networking sessions.
